Corned Beef and Cabbage

1 med head of cabbage
4 potatoes
3-4 carrots
One 12 oz can corned beef
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
Salt to taste
Approx. 3-4 cups water

Peel and quarter potatoes. Wash carrots and cut up. Boil potatoes and carrots for 10 minutes. Cut up cabbage and add to the pot. Add seasonings and cook 10 minutes over a medium heat. Add corned beef and cook 10 more minutes.
