Brown 1/4 cup of flour. Take the can of sauerkraut and strain juice out. Wash with cold water to take some of the vinegar out.
Mix the wieners in with the sauerkraut. Pour the browned flour over to mixture and boil it for 10 minutes then drain the water. Add the jalapeno peppers and stir on medium fire for another 5 minutes.
