Fried Chicken 3

Cut up chicken parts
Half and half cream
Clove of garlic
Creole seasoning

Wash chicken parts and remove fat while washing, but do not remove the skin. Drain on paper towels for a few minutes. Then season to taste with creole seasoning. Spread chicken out in a pan. Pour half and half cream over chicken. Cut up a clove of garlic and spread over chicken. Let sit for 1/2 hour. Remove chicken from pan but do not take the garlic. Drain for a few minutes on paper towels. Then roll in flour and throw into piping hot grease. Fry until golden brown.
