Meatloaf 2

2-1/2 pounds ground beef
1-1/4 pounds ground pork
2 slices broad, made into crumbs
1/4 cup oatmeal
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp salt
1 tbs prepared mustard
1 cup tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 small can evaporated milk
1 tsp pepper (black, white or red)

Sauce:
1 tbs brown sugar
1/4 cup tomato sauce
2 tbs milk
1 tbs prepared mustard
1 tbs vinegar

Preheat oven to 400F. For the loaf, mix all ingredients together, shape and place in greased loaf pans. Bake for about 1 hour, basting occasionally with the pan juices.

To make the sauce, mix all ingredients together in a small saucepan. Heat just until hot and pour over individual slices of the meatloaf.
