Wrap ham loosely in wrapping paper; place, fat side up, on rack in uncovered roaster. Add no water. Bake at 325F for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Remove paper and skim ham. Score fat in squares. Stud each square with whole cloves. Cover sugar with flour, bake at 400F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Brown pineapple slices in ham liquid; serve with ham.
