Measure water and salt into heavy two quart saucepan and bring to boil. Add butter or margarine. Stir in Wild Pecan Rice. Cover saucepan, lower heat, and simmer for 20 minutes, or until rice is tender and all water is absorbed.
Yield: About 3 cups.
