Smothered Pork Chops 2

6 to 9 pork chops deboned and cut into bite-sized pieces
1 large onion, cut lengthways in half then sliced thin
4 or 5 cloves garlic minced
1/4 to 1/2 bell pepper chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Salt
Red pepper
Sliced potatoes, carrots, sweet peas or any vegetable, optional

Season pork chops, then brown. Add onions, bell pepper and garlic. Stir fry.

Add about one cup water to make a gravy. Add other ingredients and cover.

Place in oven and bake at 350F for 45 minutes. Serve with rice.

Pork chops can be substituted with a round steak.
