Cheesy Bacon Puffs

Finger Food
16 oz Softened Cream Cheese
6 tbs Chopped Chive
1-1/2 tsp Basil
1/2 tsp Ground Pepper
20 Drops Pepper Sauce
1/4 lb Cooked Bacon
1 Recipe Puff Dough

*** Cream softened cream cheese in large bowl. Beat in chives and basil until evenly distributed. Add 20 drops of pepper sauce and ground beef. Cook bacon until brown and crisp. Add to cream cheese mixture. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Use cheese mixture to fill pastry puff shells (see recipe: Puff Dough). Heat in 350F oven for 5 minute or until cheese melts. Serve warm.
