Chicken Wings

Finger Food
18 Chicken Wings
1/3 cup Sesame Seeds
2/3 cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Half & Half
1/2 cup Melted Butter

*** Remove wing tips. Cut each wing at joint to make two sections. (Remove bones if desired) toast sesame seeds in small skillet until golden, stirring occasionally. Mix sesame seeds, bread crumbs, paprika, salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Dip wings first in half n half and then in bread crumb mixture. Place wings in 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Melt butter and pour over wings. Bake in 350F oven for 50 minutes. Serve warm with prepared sweet-sour sauce or store bought duck sauce.

Yield: 36 Appetizers.
