Fried Brie

Hot
1/2 lb Brie Cheese
1 Egg
1 tbs Water
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 tbs Butter
1 Loaf French Bread
1/8 cup Flour

*** Remove wrap from cheese and coat all sides with flour. Beat egg with water until foamy. Dip cheese into egg and then bread crumbs. Coat well. Heat butter in small skillet. Add coated brie, cover, cook over a low heat for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Turn over and cook on the other side. Remove from heat. Place on serving dish and make a cut in the cheese so it will run. Serve at once with french bread.
