Liver and Cheese

8 oz Softened Liverwurst
3 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1/4 cup Chopped Dill Pickle
1 tbs Grated Onion
1 tbs Dijon Mustard
2/3 cup Parsley

*** Mix all ingredients except parsley till blended. Chill till firm, usually overnight. Roll into two six-inch balls (use wax paper or lightly oil your hands). Roll in parsley. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with bread or crackers.
