*** Thaw frozen pastry puff for 20 minutes. Brown mushrooms in oil. Blend cornstarch and chicken broth. Add to skillet with mushrooms. Cook while stirring until thick and smooth. Stir in thawed pea pods, water chestnuts, scallions, ginger, soy sauce and garlic. Simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked chicken. Remove from heat. Unfold pastry sheets. Cut each sheet into 8 squares. Place mixture in each square. Fold into triangles. Press edges with fork. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake in 400F oven for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
