Spinach Balls

Finger Food
20 oz Frozen Spinach
5 Egg
2 cups Herbed Stuffing Mix
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1 cup Parmesan Cheese
3/4 cup Butter
1/2 tsp Ground White Pepper
1/4 tsp Grated Nutmeg

*** Cook spinach and drain in sieve, draining as much moisture as possible. Have butter at room temperature. Beat eggs in large bowl. Add all ingredients except sesame seeds. Mix until blended. Roll into one inch balls. Then roll spinach balls in sesame seeds. Place on ungreased baking sheets and bake in 350F oven for 15 minutes. Serve hot.
