Tater Mushrooms

Finger Food
1 lb large Mushroom
3/4 cup Mashed Potato
1/4 cup Cottage Cheese
2 tbs Dry Onion Soup Mix
1/2 tsp Butter

*** Warm fresh mushrooms and carefully remove stems. Set aside caps and fine chop stems. Combine stems with remaining ingredients except butter. Melt butter and use to grease baking pan. Stuff mushroom caps with mixture. Bake in 375F oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
