Centennial Apple Pasta Salad

2 cup dry pasta, cooked according to package directions
2 cup (3/4 lb.) cored and cubed, Red Delicious apples
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup ea., mayonnaise and plain yogurt
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients; toss to mix well. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
