Shrimp Salad 4

8 ounces cooked shrimp, cooked, rinsed and drained
1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
1-1/2 tablespoons fresh onion juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons mayonnaise

Stir all ingredients together and mix well. Makes 2 cups. Serve with relish dish. Serve chilled.
