Beef Spinach Salad

- 8 ounces spinach, torn (6 cups)
- One 8 ounce can beets, sliced and drained
- 1 small onion, sliced and seperated into rings
- 1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup blue cheese, crumbled or
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
In a large salad bowl, combine spinach, beets, and onion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss dressing with greens. Top with cheese.
