Cottage Tuna Salad

- One 6-1/2 oz can tuna, packed in water, drained
- 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onion
- 2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tbs capers
- 1/4 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1 packet artificial sweetener
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 1/4 tsp salt
In a medium bowl, combine tuna, cottage cheese, celery, green onion, parsley and capers. Mix remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add to tuna mixture and mix thoroughly. Cover and chill.
