In large bowl, combine chicken, grapefruit sections orange sections, celery, green pepper, onion, grapes and olives. In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, orange peel, ginger, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Chill. Cut pita breads in half; open to form a pocket. Spoon about 1/2 cup chicken mixture into each pocket.
Yield; 10 to 12 servings.
