Ranch Potato Salad Primavera

4 cups diced, cooked red potatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup broccol1 florets, blanched
1 small yellow zucchini, sliced
1 stalk celery, chopped
1/2 cup diced red pepper
2 stalks green onions, chopped
One 8 oz bottle Ranch Dressing

Place potatoes in bowl; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients and marinate to allow flavors to blend at least 2 hours.

Makes 8 cups.

Tip:
Cooled, drained pasta can be substituted for potatoes.
