Tuna Rice Salad with Avocado Dressing

2 cups cooked rice, cooled
2 cans (6 to 7 oz each) tuna, drained
1 cup drained, cooked green peas
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 cup sliced celery
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
4 or 5 drops Tabasco pepper sauce
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Bottled avocado dressing

Mix rice with tuna, peas, onions, celery, seasonings, and mayonnaise. Chill. Fill tomato petals with tuna mixture, if desired. (Cut out blossom ends of tomatoes and cut into sixths or eights - almost but not quite through to give a petal effect.) Arrange an salad greens if desired. Top with avocado, dressing.

Makes 8 servings.
