Elegant Vegetable Sauce

1/3 cup water
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 envelope instant cream of mushroom soup
1 tbs chopped parsley

In a small saucepan, bring water and wine to a boil: blend in instant cream of mushroom soup mix and parsley, stirring until slightly thickened. Serve over your favorite hot cooked vegetable.

Makes about 3/4 cup sauce.

NOTE:
Recipe can be doubled.
