Madeira Sauce

3 tbs butter
1-1/2 tbs flour
3/4 cup beef stock
1 tsp Kitchen Bouquet
1/4 cup Madeira wine

Melt the butter, stir in flour, and cook for 5 minutes. Add beef stock, Kitchen Bouquet, and Madeira. Cook until thickened.
