Remoulade Sauce 1

- 3 cups olive oil
- 3 cups vinegar
- 4 cups Creole mustard
- 1 cup paprika
- 3 tbs ground black pepper
- 4-1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 9 cups celery
- 2 cups parsley
- 1 cup onion
Combine all ingredients and mix with shrimp. Chill thoroughly.
