Crabmeat Au Gratin Almondine

Two 6 oz pkg. garlic cheese rolls
1-1/2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. margarine
3 tbsp. flour
One 4 oz can mushroom stems and pieces, finely chopped
Two 6-1/2 oz cans crab claw meat drained
One 3-1/2 oz bag almonds, sliced

In top of double boiler, melt garlic. In heavy saucepan, saute celery, onion and mushrooms in margarine for about 25 minutes. Add flour, stirring often and cook five minutes. Mix into melted cheese. Add drained crabmeat and almonds, reserving 1/4 cup almonds.
