Curried Tuna Dip

2 teaspoons instant onion flakes
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 can tuna (water packed 6-1/4 to 6-1/2 ounces, drained well)
1/2 cup mayonnaise, dieters use low-fat mayonnaise
1/2 can (10 ounce can) water chestnuts (drained and minced)
1 teaspoon curry powder

Allow onion flakes to soak in lemon juice (5-6 minutes). Meanwhile combine remaining ingredients and add the soaked onion flakes and lemon juice. May be served cold or warm with your favorite cracker or a vegetable tray of vegetable cuts!

Suggest you double the recipe for party! Also when chilled this makes yummy tea sandwiches.
