Oven temperature: 350F.
Remove as much of the sand vein from the shrimp as possible without breaking the shell. Mix the seasoning into the oil and put into a bowl. Add shrimp and marinate for at least 2 hours. Bake at 350F, until shrimp are lightly pink. Do not overcook as this dries out the shrimp and makes them chewy.
Hint:
Never salt your shrimp before cooking. It causes the water to be drawn out and the shrimp become tough!
Serving instructions:
Serve with french bread to soak up the delicious juice.
