Crawfish Etouffee 13

1 package crawfish tails
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 medium onion
Enough margarine to saute onion
1/2 cup water
2 slices American cheese
2 cups cooked rice or package fettucin1 noodles

Season as preferred, soup has pretty much salt so go light

Special cooking utensils: skillet or sauce pan

Saute onion in just enough butter or margarine (oil) for about 5 minutes or time to wilt. Pour in crawfish tails, cream of mushroom soup, water, slices of cheese. Cook about 30 minutes on simmer. Pour on top of rice or noodles.

Don't mix rice with etouffee until ready to eat.
