Preheat oven to 350F.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in margarine for approximately 15 minutes. Crumble toast in milk with beaten egg and let it stand (it will be the consistency of pudding). Add crabmeat and toast mixture to sauteed vegetables and mix well on low heat. Add green onions, parsley and season to taste. Put in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Dot with margarine and bake at 350F. for 40 minutes.
Serve with a green salad and French bread.
