Shrimp Butter

Two 6-ounce cans shrimp, drained well
1 tablespoon minced onion
Juice of 1 lemon
4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
3/4 cup butter or margarine
8 ounces cream cheese, room temperature

Cream margarine or butter, and cream cheese until smooth. Add other ingredients. Good as dip or on crackers.
