Crawfish Stew 1

1 pound crawfish
1 chopped onion
2 cooking spoons flour
1 cooking spoon oil
Seasoned salt
Parsley
Onion tops

Make a small roux with two cooking spoons of flour and one cooking spoon oil. Add crawfish and season well with seasoned salt. Add 2 cps of water slowly and let cook for one hour an a low fire. Add parsley and onion tops in the last five minutes of cooking.
