Vegetable Goulash

1 cup water
1 can mixed vegetables
1 pound ground meat
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
Cajun seasoning to taste

Saute ground meat until brown. Add seasoning and vegetables. Saute vegetables in meat until vegetables are transparent. Add mixed vegetables and water. Let cook for 30 minutes. Serve over creamed potatoes.
