Stewed Fruit

Two 6-ounce bags dried apricots
One 12-ounce bag dried, pitted prunes
One 20-ounce can pineapple chunks
One 21-ounce can cherry pie filling
2 cups blackberry wine (Can use Manischewitz Blackberry Wine or Mogan David Grape Wine)
1/4 cup water

Preheat oven to 350F. Spray 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish with Pam. Mix all the ingredients, cover and let sit overnight in the refrigerator. The next day, remove wrap and bake for 1 hour.

Serves 10-12.
