Stuffed Potatoes 1

6 to 8 baking potatoes
3 oz margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup green onions
1/2 cup chopped shrimp or ham
2 cloves garlic
1/2 to 3/4 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons bacon bits
2 slices American cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon white pepper

Scoop raw potatoes, reserving shells. Microwave scoopings on high for 15 minutes. Saute onions, green onions, and garlic in margarine. Add remainder of ingredients. Mix this with microwaved potatoes and stuff mixture into shells. Wrap in foil and bake at 400F for 45 to 50 minutes.

Serves 6 to 8.
