Cauliflower au Gratin

1 medium size head cauliflower
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup margarine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
10 ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded
Progresso Italian Bread crumbs

Steam cauliflower until tender. Set aside. Saute onions in margarine until tender. Add cream of mushroom soup and milk. Add steamed cauliflower and coat well with sauce. Pour in casserole dish. Top with shredded cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 325F for 40 minutes.

Serves 8.
