Stir Fry Vegetables 1

1 summer squash, sliced
1 zucchini squash, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced in strips
1 red pepper, sliced in strips
1 onion, sliced in strips
A handful of stir fry beans
1 can bean sprouts
A few drops Teriyaki Sauce
About 2 to 5 tablespoons cooking oil
1 bag carrots, sliced
1 bunch broccolli
1 bunch cauliflower
1 head cabbage

Special utensils necessary: Wok.

Slice vegetables and wash well in bowl. Heat oil in wok. Then add all vegetables and cook until vegetables are slightly crunchy. While cooking vegetables, add Teriyaki sauce. As soon as vegetables are tender, add the bean sprouts to heat. Remove from heat. Serve over rice or serve with meats as a vegetable.

Serves 2-6.
