Stuffed Shells

20 pasta shells
1 pound fresh pork sausage
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 cup Ricotta cheese
One 3 ounce cream cheese with chives and onion
1 cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
8 ounces frozen spinach
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/2 cup mayonnaise
One 15-ounce jar spaghetti sauce
1 teaspoon whole oregano
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Preheat oven to 350F. Boil water and cook pasta. Rinse in cold water, drain, and set aside. Saute pork and garlic, drain off drippings. Mix Ricotta cheese, cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, spinach, Cajun seasoning, and mayonnaise. Stuff shells and arrange in lightly greased dish. Combine spaghetti sauce with oregano and pour over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 additional minutes.
