South-of-the-Border Squash

2 pounds yellow squash, sliced
2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
One 10 ounce can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
One 10 ounce can cream of mushroom soup
One 4-1/2 ounce can chopped green Chilies
1/4 cup onion, chopped
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

Preheat oven to 450F. Cook squash covered in small amount of boiling water in medium saucepan 8 minutes or until tender; drain well. Press squash between paper towels to remove excess moisture. Combine squash, chips and next 6 ingredients, stirring gently; spoon into 1ightly greased baking dish. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and bacon. Bake covered 25-30 minutes. Serve hot.
