Corn Maque Choux 2

6 cup of fresh corn
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper chopped
3 large tomatoes Sliced
2 tbs cooking oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp Sugar
1/2 tsp pepper

Heat oil in large skillet, adding onion first cook slowly until transparent. Add bell peppers. tomatoes com and seasonings. Place over moderate heat, stirring frequently Let simmer for about 1 hour.
