Sesame, Broccoli and Cauliflower

3 tbs oil
1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
1/2 bunch broccoli, cut into florets
1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tbs soy sauce
1/4 tsp ginger

Place oil and sesame seeds in a 3-quart casserole. Cook at high 4 minutes. Add broccoli and cauliflower. Mix soy sauce and ginger. Pour over vegetables; stir well. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook at high 6 to 8 minutes. Stir once.

Yield: 4 servings.
