Shrimp Salad 4

- 8 ounces cooked shrimp, cooked, rinsed and drained
- 1 hard boiled egg, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons celery, finely chopped
- 1-1/2 tablespoons fresh onion juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
Stir all ingredients together and mix well. Makes 2 cups. Serve with relish dish. Serve chilled.
