Tomato-Cucumber Salad with Fresh Dill Vinaigrette

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1/7 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tbs chopped fresh dill (or 2 tbs dry)
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs wine vinegar
- 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup peanut oil
Slice or wedge tomatoes and cucumbers. Use this fresh dill vinaigrette when ready to serve.
