Salmon Spread

- 2 cans salmon or 1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon, steamed
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce (or to taste)
Mix ingredients and serve with crackers or bagels.
