Salmon Spread

2 cans salmon or 1 1/2 pounds fresh salmon, steamed
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 tablespoon lemon juice
8 oz. cream cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon parsley
Dash of Louisiana Hot Sauce (or to taste)

Mix ingredients and serve with crackers or bagels.
