In a saucepan bring soup and cheese to a boil. Simmer until cheese is smooth. While cheese and soup are cooking, mix together shrimp, celery, green peppers, onions and green onions in a food processor, until finely chopped. in a large bowl mix chopped ingredients with mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, soup and cheese. Mix gelatin well with warm water. Pour into mixture. Mix well.
Pour into greased pan or mold-style pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Remove from pan by setting in lukewarm water or at room temperature. Garnish and place on favorite platter. Serve with favorite crackers or chips.
