Cheese Ball 1

1 lb Sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

1/2 lb Pimento cheese spread, jalapeno

Mix together:

One 8 oz pkg cream cheese, softened

1 med onion, grated

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 cup chopped pecans

One 3-1/2 oz can black olives, chopped

To above 6 ingredients well mixed, add grated Cheddar and pimento cheeses. Form into three balls and roll in chopped pecans. Refrigerate or freeze for future use. Great for parties, showers, or receptions.
