Grilled Brunch Sandwiches

6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 cup ham cubes
1 cup (4 oz) shredded sharp natural cheddar cheese
Salad dressing
Dash of pepper
12 whole-wheat bread slices

Combine eggs, ham, cheese, 1/2 cup salad dressing and pepper; mix lightly. For each sandwich, fill two bread slices with egg salad. Spread outside of sandwich with salad dressing; grill over low heat until lightly browned on both sides.

6 sandwiches.
