1/2 cup margarine
1 bouillon cube
1 tsp Tony Chachere's seasoning
1/4 cup red wine
2 cups diced onions
1 tsp garlic powder
1 lb fresh mushrooms

Micro-melt butter in a two quart glass dish on high one minute. Saute onions, bouillon cube, garlic powder, and pepper in margarine. Cover and microwave on high eight minutes. Stir after 1/2 cooking time. Add mushrooms and wine. Microwave on high five minutes.
