Shrimp Dip 1

- One 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 tbs mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbs chopped bell pepper
- 1 tbs chopped celery
- 1 tbs chopped parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 4 tbs sweet pickle relish
- 1 quart boiled shrimp (chopped or passed in food processor)
Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise & milk. Set aside. Chop seasonings and add to shrimp. Combine with cream cheese mixture. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with chips or crackers.
