Strawberry Bread 2

3 cups all purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

2 cups sugar

Two 10 ounce packages frozen strawberries, thawed

4 eggs

1-1/2 cup oil

1 cup nuts, chopped (pecans or walnuts)

In one bowl mix the first five ingredients. In a second bowl, mix the remaining ingredients. Combine the two mixtures. Grease and flour two large loaf pans. Fill pans two thirds full. Bake at 325F for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until center tests done.

Serves 8-10.
