Bread 1

3-1/4 cups lukewarm water
2 cakes yeast, dissolved
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons salt
1 cup vegetable oil
3 eggs at room temperature, beaten well
10 cups flour, divided

Preheat oven to 400F. Dissolve yeast in water and add sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Beat eggs well and add 4 cups flour; beat again. Add remainder of flour and blend well. Let rise 3 to 3-1/2 hours, until double in size. Place in 6 greased pans. Allow to rise 1 to 1-1/2 hours more. Heat oven to 400F and bake for 5 minutes. Lower heat to 325F for 30 minutes. Allow to cool before slicing. Leftover bread may be frozen.
